DAGS is a passion project built around rare collector bottles, hospitality, and the love of discovering great pours. It combines a curated whiskey and spirits collection with technology tools like Whiskey IQ, Dramhub, FlavorTown, and the Log Book to make exploring bottles more fun, organized, and personal.

I've spent over 27 years in the hospitality industry, including time in restaurants located in New York City, Sanfransico, and spent over 17 years in hospitality technology sales. That background is what drives the collection, the ideas, and the goal of making DAGS Bar both useful and fun for anyone who enjoys whiskey, cocktails, and great hospitality.
