DAGS
A bourbon-forward, whiskey-only lounge concept imagined in Portsmouth, NH — part vintage bottle library, part late-night living room.
About DAGS
DAGS lives somewhere between a speakeasy, a whiskey museum, and a living room. It’s a concept-first lounge built around the collection itself: shelves of bourbon and rye, comfortable leather seating, and walls that tell stories.
The Concept
- • Whiskey-only program with a heavy bourbon focus
- • Single barrel, vintage, and allocated bottles on rotation
- • Flights that walk guests from approachable to wild
- • Classic cocktails built around the bottle list
- • Intentionally small, cozy, and conversation-first
The Room
- • Leather couches, vintage rugs, and aged wood paneling
- • Bottle room & cellar lined with shelves of whiskey
- • Art, records, and memorabilia layered into the walls
- • A whiskey sanctuary forged from “Live Free or Die” spirit—unpretentious, warm, and welcoming.

Visit (Concept)
DAGS is not an open business (yet). Think of this as a living concept deck for a future whiskey lounge, a home bar turned full experience, and a place to collect ideas until the right space appears.
For now, DAGS exists in photos, bottles, and late-night pours with friends. If this ever turns into a real public lounge in Portsmouth, NH, this site will be the first place to announce it.
